Beginner Fitness
New to training ? Start here. Foundations, form, and momentum.
What it is
A program built for people who haven't trained before — or haven't trained in a long time — and want to start the right way. The pace is steady. The room is welcoming. The coaches teach the movements before they ask you to load them.
You'll learn the foundations of strength training : how to squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry with good form. You'll build conditioning at a pace that respects where your body is right now. And you'll do it in a community of people who started exactly where you're starting.
Who it's for
- You've never lifted weights and want to learn properly
- You're returning to fitness after a long break
- You walk into most gyms and feel out of place
- You want strength and confidence built carefully, not shoved at you
What you'll learn
The basic movements
Squat, hinge, push, pull, carry — the patterns every program builds on.
How to use the equipment
Barbells, dumbbells, machines. Setup, safety, what each one is for.
How to recover
Mobility, breath, sleep, food. The other half of getting stronger.
