Her coaching style blends strength training, conditioning, jump rope, and high-energy workouts to create an encouraging environment where clients can challenge themselves, improve their fitness, and enjoy the process.
With a background in personal training, nutrition, coaching, and group fitness, Jordan is passionate about helping people improve strength, endurance, coordination, and overall wellness while creating healthier habits that are sustainable long term. She believes movement should help people feel more confident, capable, and connected to their bodies, not intimidated by fitness.
Jordan completed her Personal Training & Nutrition Diploma through the National Personal Training Institute and holds certifications in kettlebell training, suspension training, and PNF stretching.
