Yarania Rodriguez is a Certified Personal Trainer and ASU graduate with a degree in Clinical Exercise Science. At OPT Beyond Fitness, she specializes in helping beginners build confidence in the gym while improving strength, movement quality, mobility, and overall performance through sustainable fitness habits.
Her coaching approach combines strength training, recovery techniques, and injury prevention to help clients move better, feel stronger, and better understand their bodies, both inside and outside the gym. Yarania is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients feel encouraged, capable, and empowered throughout their fitness journey.
She is also the founder of Yaya's Run Club, a free community run club focused on making movement more approachable, supportive, and fun for all fitness levels. Through coaching and community, her goal is to help people build confidence, consistency, and long‑term health.
