At OPT, recovery is not an afterthought, it's part of the training process. We use tools like sauna, ice baths, and breathwork to help improve recovery, regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support long‑term performance and overall well‑being.

These practices help the body recover more efficiently, improve resilience, and create a healthier balance between intensity and restoration so you can continue showing up consistently both inside and outside the gym.
